We notify Controllers at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. Notification goes to the registered account email and is also published here with the updated 'Last updated' date. If a Controller objects to a planned change on reasonable grounds and we can't accommodate, the Controller may terminate the affected workload with prorated refund.
