Data Deletion
Last updated: 2026-06-14
This page explains how to delete the personal data Prezio processes — both for operators with a Prezio account and for the end-customers whose messages an operator's AI agent handles.
Delete your account (self-service)
Sign in and go to Dashboard → Account → Delete account. Your account enters a 30-day grace period (so an accidental click is recoverable); after that the account and all associated data are permanently and irreversibly deleted. You can cancel the deletion any time during the grace period from the same screen.
Request deletion by email
Can't sign in? Email privacy@prezio.app from the address registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership, complete the deletion, and confirm by email.
End-customers (WhatsApp, chat, email, voice)
If you messaged a business that uses a Prezio AI agent (e.g. over WhatsApp) and want your data removed, contact that business — it is the controller of your data. You can also email privacy@prezio.app and we will forward the request and erase the message and contact data we hold on its behalf.
What gets deleted
Permanent deletion removes your account and login, your AI agents and their configuration, conversations and messages, stored contacts and their personal data, AI debug traces, and uploaded knowledge-base files. Aggregate, non-personal usage counters and records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. invoices) are retained only as long as the law requires.
Timing & backups
Self-service deletion is immediate (soft-delete) and becomes permanent after the 30-day grace period. Encrypted database backups roll off on their normal retention cycle, after which no copies remain.
