Accessibility statement
Last updated: 18 July 2026
Tietz Technology UG (haftungsbeschränkt), which operates Prezio, is committed to making its digital services accessible in accordance with the German Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) and the harmonised standard EN 301 549, which references WCAG 2.1 level AA. This statement covers the public Prezio website, the operator dashboard, and the embedded booking, ordering and chat widgets.
Conformance status
We orient ourselves on WCAG 2.1 level AA (via EN 301 549). By our own assessment these services are largely conformant — 'largely' because individual points may deviate and no external audit by a third party has taken place yet. Implemented include: full keyboard operability, a visible focus indicator, a skip link to the main content, contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for body text, meaningful labels for controls, correct page language, respect for the 'reduce motion' setting, and a way to withdraw consent for the payment cookies.
Non-accessible content
Known limitations: the embedded payment field on the booking and order step is provided by our payment processor (Stripe) inside a third-party iframe whose internal accessibility we cannot fully control (it loads only after you consent); documents provided as a PDF are not guaranteed to be tagged for accessibility; and an external audit by an independent body is still outstanding.
How we prepared this statement
This statement was prepared on 18 July 2026 and is based on a self-assessment against WCAG 2.1 AA / EN 301 549, combining automated testing (an axe-core scan of the pages in light and dark mode and the eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y ruleset) with manual checks (keyboard operation, visible focus, and reflow down to 320 px).
